His career trajectory demonstrates a blend of management expertise, governmental project coordination, and influential networking capabilities, making him a versatile leader with a keen eye for strategic growth and opportunity.

A seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in financial advisory, accounting, and institutional performance monitoring. His career reflects stability, reliability, and a deep commitment to organizational growth, with a track record of long tenures in key roles. He demonstrates the qualities of a strategic thinker and problem solver, able to blend technical financial expertise with strong governance and advisory capabilities. His work with State-Own enterprises and financial institutions highlights his capacity to operate at both analytical and policy levels, while maintaining an eye for detail and compliance

Selorm Mensah-Adator is an accomplished entrepreneur and business strategist with over seven years of experience spanning educational consultancy, travel and tourism, and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Economics major) from the University of Cape Coast, a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Business Planning from the prestigious Babson College, Massachusetts, USA.  Throughout his career, Selorm has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge strategy with innovative, guiding businesses and individuals through transformative growth. As the founder & CEO of Adamens Travel and Adamens Bold Properties, he has successfully built and managed ventures that thrive on customer-focused solutions, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable expansion. 

I am a results-driven professional with a first degree in Integrated Community Development and a master’s degree (MSc) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, CIPS, Project management, bringing together a unique blend of social impact insight and commercial logistics expertise. With a strong foundation in community engagement and development strategies, I have transitioned these skills into the world of business and supply chain operations, where I currently thrive as an entrepreneur.  As a business owner, I combine strategic thinking, market awareness, and operational efficiency to grow sustainable ventures. My background in logistics enables me to optimize supply chains, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
